Our Objective
The society will promote and encourage an interest in genealogy among it’s members and the general public. Working closely with the Waterford Township Public Library (WTPL), the society aims to educate and enhance research opportunities.
The Waterford Township Public Library is a FamilySearch Affiliate Library
The Family History Library has extensive collections of primary genealogical and historical records from around the world. Digital Images: Through this partnership with FamilySearch and the Family History Library, researchers at the WTPL Library can now view digital images of record sets that were previously only available only at FamilySearch Affiliate Libraries, Family History Centers or the Family History Library.
